How do payments work?
Most projects are split into milestones. You pay as each stage is completed and approved, so you always know exactly what you're paying for. On Upwork everything runs through their secure milestone system.
Do you require an upfront deposit?
For direct projects, work starts with a deposit, with the rest tied to milestones. On Upwork, funds are held safely in escrow and released as milestones are approved, so there's no risk to you.
Do you work with a contract?
Always. Every project begins with a simple written agreement covering scope, timeline, payments, revisions and ownership, so we're both clear from day one.
Who owns the final work and code?
You do. Once the project is fully paid, all code, designs and assets are 100% yours. Full ownership, no strings.
What's included in revisions?
Each milestone includes revisions until it matches what we agreed. Anything outside the original scope is quoted upfront and separately, so there are never surprise charges.
