A bilingual Shopify store for a Swiss nail-wrap brand, built to educate a market that has never bought nail wraps before, then convert it.
Overview
mesme sells gel nail wraps in a market where most shoppers have never used them. Many assume they are just stickers. That shaped the entire build: before this store could sell, it had to teach. Product education is woven directly into the buying journey, from a PLAY vs. STAY vs. POWER comparison table to how-to videos and application guides, in both English and German with CHF pricing.
The storefront also runs the pieces that turn first-time buyers into repeat customers: Club mesme loyalty rewards, starter and gift kits, seasonal collections, a content hub, and a bookable demo at the brand's Zürich showroom, set up as a purchasable product so booking runs through the same checkout as everything else. The brand has since been featured in the Irish Independent's top 5 beauty gifts.
