Blok Watches
A global DTC store for an analog watch brand featured in Forbes, WSJ and the NYT, built to carry that press-level polish.
The problem
Blok makes analog watches that teach kids and adults time management, with no screens and no distractions. The brand has been featured in Forbes, Esquire, The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times and Hodinkee.
The store had to look like it belonged in those pages, while selling two watch lines, bundles and a strap shop to customers in more than 55 countries.
How we found it
Following the buying journey end to end surfaced the friction points: strap sizing that needed a clear choice before adding to cart, international shoppers who needed prices in their own currency, and press credibility that wasn't visible at the moment of decision.
Each one was a place where a visitor who already wanted the product could hesitate.
